- Prioritize and assign the service requests through use of DevOps software
- Tracks & requests the fulfillment process
- Ensures timely resolution of requests
- Engages with stakeholders for request updates
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in service request management or IT service management.
- Strong understanding of Kanban methodologies and Agile principles.
- Must have or receive Kanban certification within 3 months of employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- ADO, Jira, or other DevOps software experience
- Ability to work without constant direction
- Nice to Have
- Technical experience or experience in IT environment
- User Story/Task creation experience
