Description
- Responsible for on-site coordination of all trades and employees throughout the duration of construction
- Must drive projects with and maintain formal project schedule, and manage subcontractors to meet project schedules.
- Completes timely and detailed reporting of daily jobsite activities through daily log software
- Implements and enforces company safety plan and policies in accordance with all government and company regulations
- Must schedule and coordinate all subcontractors and material deliveries
- Must maintain a clean and orderly jobsite
- Must complete proper safety reporting and documentation for any noncompliance or accidents occurred onsite utilizing company safety forms, and document the events through daily log software
- Use purchase order requests for materials when required
- Must continually review all shop drawings for contract and construction document conformance
- Must maintain up to date jobsite "As-Built/Record" drawings
