Position: Sales Executive

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay: Starting at $50,000/year (can potentially make $80,000/yr with commission) + a $5,000 car allowance.

Experience: Proven B2B sales experience preferred; candidates with strong sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

HH Staffing is seeking a Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic team. Join a rapidly growing team with opportunities for advancement and skill development in a dynamic B2B sales environment.


Job Description:

  • Drive the entire sales process, including prospecting, managing self-generated and company-provided leads, developing proposals, negotiating contracts and pricing, responding to RFPs, delivering customized presentations, and implementing post-close contracts.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans within a designated geographic territory to achieve company growth objectives, increase market share, and position Stratus' local presence and comprehensive solutions across diverse industries.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry and market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify innovative business opportunities.
  • Continuously assess and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and progress toward sales goals using the CRM tool (HubSpot) and through ongoing communication with senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Franchise Business Consultants, Office Managers, and the Regional Director, to understand client needs, position Stratus' comprehensive solutions, and ensure a smooth transition of trust with the operational partner-Franchise Owners.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google-based apps.
  • Strong sales skills, demonstrated by a proven B2B track record or an SBS sales assessment test.
  • Expertise in brand development using professional networks, local and national associations, and social media tools.
  • Ability to generate leads through cold calling, door knocking, and networking.
  • Skilled at setting goals that meet or exceed company targets.
  • Ability to build relationships and nurture prospects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, adept at creating and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills for planning cold calls, in-person client meetings, reporting, and achieving goals.
  • Persuasive ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
