Position: Business Development Representative
Location: Miami, FL
Pay: $60,000 to $75,000/year + Uncapped Commission
Experience: Proven experience in door-to-door or field sales. Must have experience in one of the following fields: plumbing, landscaping, restoration, or roofing.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (Ability to attend after-hours events such as trade shows, social networking events, etc.)
HH Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Job Description:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate new leads and promote company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Position Requirements:
- Prior experience with CRM systems (preferred).
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow through with prospects over extended periods.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
