- Guaranteed minimum for the first 3 months (greater of guaranteed or collection rate)

FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - General dentistry practice with a broad adult patient base
- Focus on restorative, surgical procedures, including implants, bone grafting, root canals, crowns, bridges, and veneers
- Approx. 10-14 patients per day, depending on procedures
- Collaborative team with 2 full-time dental assistants, 3 hygienists, 1 office manager, and 2 front office support staff
- Carestack EMR system
- Call required only in emergency situations (rare)
- PPO and fee-for-service patient flow
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: - W2 employee status
- Board-certified DDS with general dentistry experience
- Ability to treat adults and handle a variety of dental procedures
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
