Job Goal: Coach the Junior Varsity girls' soccer team, focusing on skill development, sportsmanship, and preparing athletes for varsity-level competition.
Qualifications: - Connecticut Coaching Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in soccer preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Plan and lead JV practices and games.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive team culture.
- Monitor athlete safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with the varsity coach to support program goals.
