We're growing our Deployments Team and are looking for a curious, driven, and technically minded individual to join us as a Junior Technical Implementation Engineer, known internally as Associate Deployments Engineer.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to work directly with customers. Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to a couple of years of experience, we'd love to hear from you. You'll follow a structured two-year training plan-including tiered salary increases-designed to give you hands-on experience from day one. Under the guidance of Senior Managers and experienced colleagues, you'll learn to deploy, upgrade, and migrate software systems vital to our public sector clients. You'll develop technical skills in areas such as Microsoft SQL Server, Java-based applications, and Internet Information Services (IIS), with full training provided. Additionally, you'll gain exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployments.
Key qualities for success include attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills. You'll follow technical documentation, manage system record updates, and ensure customers have the best experience during and after deployment.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a keen interest in working with technology in a customer-focused role.
- Is eager to learn and develop technical knowledge.
- Can confidently follow technical documentation.
- Communicates clearly in writing and over the phone.
- Enjoys solving problems and working collaboratively.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience with cloud technologies, data migration (Microsoft SQL Server, Java-based systems, IIS).
- Knowledge of local government systems is a plus but not required.
