Responsibilities:
The successful Jr. Systems Analyst will provide end user production support for multiple government offices. The selected candidate will demonstrate an understanding of technical specifications based on business requirements and functional specifications. They will provide end-user help desk support to users of the following systems:
PSC WorkSmarter: An Appian, Blue Prism, and Oracle based platform that hosts various federal applications, including case management, reports, dashboards, workload tracking, agreement processing, budget formulation, and electronic file repositories
PSC OneView: A Salesforce-based platform that hosts various federal applications that support project planning, travel planning, intraoffice communication, and intake and badging
In addition, they will also assist in requirements gathering, performing application testing, and preparing technical and end user documentation for various system functionality, processes and procedures.
