Join Our Team as a Junior Systems Administrator (Server Support) iTalent Digital is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Systems Administrator to enhance our client support team. Work Schedule: Hybrid, with in-office presence required one day per week in San Francisco, CA.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities: - System Maintenance and Upgrades: Conduct regular maintenance and updates of loss prevention systems to ensure seamless performance. Troubleshoot OS, software, and camera-related issues, coordinating upgrades and repairs with vendors.
- Vendor Management & Support: Collaborate with diverse departments to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Maintain responsive communication with business partners to resolve inquiries through service tickets and emails.
- Training & Documentation: Train end-users on the effective use of loss prevention systems. Regularly update and maintain system documentation and best practices.
- Project Coordination: Plan and execute various projects to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Required Skills: - Experience in troubleshooting servers, desktops, cameras, and network equipment.
- Proficiency in IP Support/LINUX and familiarity with systems integration and APIs.
- Strong Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) system administration skills.
- Demonstrated customer service capabilities with a focus on positive outcomes.
- Effective communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree
