We're looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our growing team and help build and support a Salesforce-based product backed by a scalable Azure cloud infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative and supportive environment.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers to develop features and maintain our integrated Salesforce application and Azure services. You don't need to know everything right away, we're looking for someone with a strong foundation, a passion for learning, and a proactive mindset.

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our Azure-hosted backend services.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and product teams to understand requirements and deliver quality software.
  • Participate in code reviews and receive mentorship and guidance to help you grow as a developer.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and support cloud-based services in development and production.
  • Learn and eventually contribute to the Salesforce side of the product.
  • Stay up-to-date on new tools, technologies, and best practices relevant to Azure and Salesforce development.
  • Continuously improve software through testing, monitoring, and automation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms).
  • Familiarity with at least one modern programming language such as C , Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Enthusiastic about learning Azure and Salesforce technologies (prior experience is a plus but not required).
  • Willingness to take ownership, ask questions, and work through problems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

  • Exposure to cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks or practices (unit testing, integration testing).

Why Join Us?

  • Work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and one of the world's leading CRM platforms.
  • Learn from experienced mentors who are invested in your growth.
  • Flexible work environment with opportunities to take on meaningful projects early in your career.
