We are seeking a highly skilled
Junior ServiceNow Administrator to work
in Annapolis MD (Hybrid). Hybrid work model: Primarily remote with occasional on-site presence required for major platform releases, planning sessions, or stakeholder engagements. Job Summary: The Junior ServiceNow Administrator will provide support in configuration, user management, reporting, and QA/testing efforts. The role is critical in scaling ServiceNow capabilities across the State of Maryland's departments as adoption grows beyond pilot groups.
Key Responsibilities: - Support the configuration of forms, fields, workflows, and roles
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions aligned with Workday-integrated identities
- Generate standard reports and dashboards for KPIs and service performance
- Assist in platform testing, validation, and change documentation
- Participate in training setup, documentation, and user support activities
Required Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool
- Familiarity with basic ITSM processes and ITIL concepts
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn platform capabilities
- Experience with reporting and data entry
Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow Fundamentals certification or training
- Exposure to Workday or other HR systems
- Public sector or academic IT support experience
