What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of life settlement cases, ensuring smooth and timely processing
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams, medical providers, and insurance carriers to gather and verify critical documentation
  • Oversee records tracking, case status, and progress updates to meet key performance goals
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, including the handling of sensitive health and financial information
  • Play a key role in maintaining the team's momentum, driving results, and ensuring an excellent client experience

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • A sharp eye for detail and commitment to delivering error-free, high-quality work
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in insurance, medical administration, or another process-driven setting is a plus
