A great opportunity to join an established international manufacturing business as a Junior Project & Product Manager is available for someone with experience in product, project or operations related roles who has a strong desire to develop a career in project and product management. This Is an exciting time to join a new and growing team in the business.
The Junior Project and Product Manager will:
- Help shape the product portfolio and support the delivery of key projects
- Work closely with different teams across the business as well as external stakeholders
- Assist in defining product visions and roadmaps
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis gathering insights and identifying trends
- Gather and review customer feedback
- Monitor product metrics and analyse data to identify product improvement opportunities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities and tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables to meet deadlines
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project standards
Skills & experience required:
- The role is ideal for someone with a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow within the business
- Educated to A Level or equivalent as a minimum, ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
- Some previous experience working within product or project management teams or operational roles
- A basic understanding of project management principles and an awareness of product development would be a distinct advantage
- Highly organised, great with data and experienced working with Excel or data dashboards and reports
Salary, Hours and Company benefits:
- Up to 39,000 based on experience
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (office based full time)
