Our client, a high-profile partner in the medical device world, is seeking a temporary Junior Project Manager to join their team for 3 months. This position is a mix of an onsite and hybrid model and has working hours from 8AM-5PM. It is compensating up to $35 an hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for assigned lab and project management tasks
- Track timelines, inventory, and critical project deliverables
- Coordinate with vendors and project stakeholders to align with key milestones
- Maintain master equipment and supplies inventory
- Oversee decontamination, decommissioning, and recommissioning of lab equipment
- Support quality and financial compliance throughout project lifecycle
- Assist with strategic operations initiatives and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop efficient relocation and inventory strategies
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lab asset or project management
- PMP certification and relocation project management experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with vendors and MS Project
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven leadership and customer service mindset
