Our client, a high-profile partner in the medical device world, is seeking a temporary Junior Project Manager to join their team for 3 months. This position is a mix of an onsite and hybrid model and has working hours from 8AM-5PM. It is compensating up to $35 an hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact for assigned lab and project management tasks
  • Track timelines, inventory, and critical project deliverables
  • Coordinate with vendors and project stakeholders to align with key milestones
  • Maintain master equipment and supplies inventory
  • Oversee decontamination, decommissioning, and recommissioning of lab equipment
  • Support quality and financial compliance throughout project lifecycle
  • Assist with strategic operations initiatives and process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop efficient relocation and inventory strategies

Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lab asset or project management
  • PMP certification and relocation project management experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with vendors and MS Project
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven leadership and customer service mindset
