Job Title: Junior Product Owner
Salary: £28,800 - £37,425
Location: Cambridge / Hybrid (40 - 60% of time expected at our Cambridge office)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to join us in the IELTS Product Development team, developing new products and the systems to support them.
There is no requirement to have existing product experience, only a willingness to learn and an open attitude to change. The ideal candidate will have a background in the delivery, support or administration of high-stakes assessment products with a passion for making things better for customers and colleagues.

About the role
As a Junior Product Owner you will work closely with existing Product Owners in the IELTS Product Team to develop the core skills of product ownership to enable you to play a key role in the development of new IELTS products. You will work across multiple
In this role you will:
- Develop the core skills of product ownership in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Employ feedback from users to make tangible improvements to our products.
- Support the product development process for new products.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team of specialists to find solutions to complex problems.
- Help create and maintain product roadmaps and delivery schedules.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for stakeholder demos, team meetings and product specific training materials.
About you
You are motivated by providing a high level of service to customers and enjoy applying creative problem solving to find solutions to customer and business needs. To succeed in this role your attitude and approach to uncertainty and decision making is more important than previous product ownership experience.
