Seeking a Junior Power Electronics Engineer to design and develop high power AC-DC and DC-DC converters for aerospace and defense applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analog circuit and digital design for power conversion products
- Analyze and design high reliability, high power AC-DC & DC-DC power converters and subsystems for radar, directed energy, and military vehicles
Requirements:
- BSEE or related technical bachelor's degree
- 3+ years industry experience in electronics power conversion product design and manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience in DC-DC or AC-DC converter design or inverter design
Preferred Skills:
- Programming digital signal processors (TI C2000 Delfino series MCU) for power converter control
- Experience designing products for harsh environments, such as military applications
- Advanced degree (MSEE/PhD) in power electronics with relevant published research
