Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Maintain network infrastructure including switches and routers, diagnosing and resolving network-attached computer issues.
  • Specialize in computer and network security, including the management of firewalls and advising on best security practices.
  • Oversee web server services for internal and external access, managing multiple sites and security configurations.
  • Engage in software change management and automate processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and write programs to manage documents, data, and specific information retrieval.
  • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems remain operational.
  • Apply foundational technical concepts to practical assignments, working under supervision.
Preferred Experience:
  • Infrastructure management skills for setting up and maintaining servers and cloud systems.
  • Process automation capabilities for testing, deployment, and security tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with development, operations, and other teams.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve production issues and monitor system performance.
  • Experience in launching product updates and creating integrations to improve user experiences.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to enhance security processes.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be acceptable.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to collaborate and work independently to craft creative solutions.
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork within a small group environment.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.

Pay Range: Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
