Junior Level Mortgage Default Attorney - Fully remote
Our client is an Atlanta based mortgage default and financial litigation firm seeking a junior level attorney to handle a wide variety of mortgage default and eviction matters.
The ideal candidate for this position will be licensed in the state of Georgia and have at least one of experience practicing law, Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are required. Prior litigation experience, primarily in the area of commercial and residential mortgage matters is preferred but not mandatory for consideration.
The attorney in this position will:
- Be amenable to frequent and direct client contact
- Responsible for facilitating eviction caseload
- Provide legal advice to firm clients
- Representing clients in court hearings
- File pleadings and responses
- Responsible for staying current on relevant changes in the law.
