8am - 5pm
Must Haves:
Customer service experience (via call and email)
Must have good personality/ be able to multitask
Plusses:
Bachelors in HR or equivalent
Leave of absence experience
Day to Day:
- Dealing with customer issues regarding leave of absence, eligibility questions, status of leave and helping clients to manage leave as needed.
- Sending out automated requests and validating information from clients.
- High call time mostly incoming and managing emails.
