Plusses:

Bachelors in HR or equivalent

Leave of absence experience


Day to Day:

  • Dealing with customer issues regarding leave of absence, eligibility questions, status of leave and helping clients to manage leave as needed.
  • Sending out automated requests and validating information from clients.
  • High call time mostly incoming and managing emails.
