Junior Fullstack Developer

Job Description

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with modern technologies on a system used by millions of people. You will develop enhancements to SCO as a member of a cross-functional Scrum team. Youll have the opportunity to deepen your skills in developing modern commercial software, with support from senior developers on the team.

Contribute to development of features in the front end (UI) and API integration of the platform

Participate in code reviews

Analyze and correct defects

Contribute to technical documentation

Compensation:

$40/hr to $50/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

2+ years of experience in software development in cloud-based environments

Demonstrated experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js, and/or Node.js

Experience with unit testing tools like JUnit

Familiarity with scripting languages like Perl or Bash

Strong desire to gain additional experience, build software skills & knowledge Previous work on a cross-functional Agile team

Experience writing applications with:

Go (GoLang)

C / C+ Familiarity with container-based deployment practices using tools like Docker and Kubernetes

Familiarity with CICD and Dev Ops tools like: Jenkins, Harness, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes null
