Junior Full Stack Developer

Project Overview:

Will provide software engineering and application development services within the department of commerce in accordance with its mission. Will serve as a development team member on multiple, concurrent web-based, database-driven, custom application development projects. Perform system requirements analysis, application design, development, testing and implementation. Will develop applications based on user requirements including user interface, database development, and middle-tier

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze software requirements and provide solutions

• Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions

• Provide Full Stack software development support for User Interfaces, REST APIs, Data Access Layers

• Ensure software developed meets the project coding standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Java stack/J2EE, Spring Boot, and JPA

• Writing queries with relational databases

• Web technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

BS in computer science, related discipline, or equivalent.
