Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc.).
- Reconcile accounts and ensure that financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Help senior team members with management reporting and financial analysis.
- Maintain and update financial data in the company's accounting systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and ensure accuracy.
Who We're Looking For:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships and recent grads welcome.).
