As a Junior Facilities Coordinator is responsible for assuring high standards of customer service, unwavering optimism and professionalism at all times, including timely response to and resolution of any clients requests or concerns.

What you bring:
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer service and reservation lines, reserve rooms and generate work orders for dispatch to appropriate service provider.
Maintaining high levels of service and productivity from Client Response Center, providing back up coverage for all positions as needed. Positions included are as follows: Client Response Center (CRC), 23rd Floor Executive Reception and Conference Services.
Assist with coordinating activities of floor warden trainings and Emergency drills.
Participate in regular inspections of facilities with Facility Manager.
Exposure to contract administration, including organization of vendor contacts and insurance information.
Aid in bidding process and assist Manager(s) in their efforts to ensure compliance with Colliers policies and procedures.
With Facility Manager, monitor and maintain the facility maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports for client on status of work orders.
Promote and foster positive relationships with client and FM team and track service calls as required.
Assist with monthly and yearly management reports.
Participate in the performance oversight of all service contractors who perform contract services.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will possess the following required degrees, certificates or competencies:
High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor Degree preferred
1+ years of real estate property /facility management or related experience, or any similar combination of education and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with others well, give and take direction and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner and maintain confidential information
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
Ability to handle a variety of work with minimal direction and supervision
A strong team player, service-oriented attitude and unwavering positive outlook

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Competitive compensation and benefits including, but not limited to, a full range of health care benefits, paid time off, and 401K, are available.

Salary range $40-48,000 per year
