Junior Digital Product Owner VIE in our Digital Patient Experience team for the Patient Find & Diagnose Product Line, you will contribute to developing and scaling digital solutions that help identify patients faster and connect them with the right treatment, at the right time.

Main responsibilities: - Support the definition and execution of the strategy for the implementation of Patient Find & Diagnose digital solutions across Global Business Units.
- Work with internal stakeholders (commercial, medical, data science, regulatory, legal, etc.) to align product features with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and validate the use of Electronic Health Record (EHR) data and predictive algorithms to improve patient identification and support data-driven clinical decision-making within CarePathway solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, manage product backlogs, and ensure continuous prioritization and delivery within agile teams.
- Analyze product performance metrics, collect end-user feedback, and implement iterations to improve adoption, usability, and patient outcomes.
- Stay up to date with market trends and innovations in digital diagnostics and patient engagement, applying best practices to enhance Sanofi's digital health portfolio.
- Assist in the preparation of product documentation, training materials, and cross-team communications.
About you Experience:
- Prior experience in digital health or MedTech sector.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications, EHR systems, or patient journey optimization is highly valued.
- Additional training or interest in product management, or related, is a plus.
Soft and Technical skills: - Solid understanding of digital product development and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate user and business needs into digital product features.
- Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams across business, clinical, data science, and regulatory functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels and across geographies.
- Curious and self-driven; quick to learn and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer focus and a passion for using technology to improve patient outcomes.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or equivalent platforms.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
