Job Title: Junior Developer, Intern
Job Summary:
Our Technology team is seeking summer interns to join a 6-week, project-based program from June 2nd, 2025 - July 11th, 2025 (35 hours per week). You will work cross-functionally within the Technology team to help build workflow and reporting applications to improve productivity at GroundUp. Your placement will be based on your previous experience, interests, and ability to contribute to our active projects currently in development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help gather requirements and create mock-ups, flow diagrams, and design documents.
- Contribute to building and monitoring applications in Microsoft Azure using Blazor, App Services, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Application Insights and other Microsoft Services.
- Assist in developing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
- Enhance reports and workflows using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Work with Operations, IT, and business teams to understand and support project needs.
- Assist with troubleshooting, client feedback, and enhancing business applications.
- Support documentation of processes, standards, and solution value.
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with an IT concentration (graduation date later than August 2025)
- Contribute to building and monitoring applications in Microsoft Azure using Blazor, App Services, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Application Insights and other Microsoft Services.
- Have proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong, proven potential leadership skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team setting
Hourly Rate: $16.50 Per Hour
