We're looking for three enthusiastic Junior Developers for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity is specially created for individuals from non-traditional backgrounds - self-taught pros, career switchers, underrepresented groups, college leavers, mature professionals, and parents rejoining the workforce. What will you do?
  1. Collaborate on real projects, creating innovative solutions.
  2. Work closely with a lead developer for guidance and training.
  3. Partner with self-taught colleagues for advice and inspiration.
  4. Utilize your passion for Frontend coding (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) in a real development environment.
  5. Learn and grow in a fun environment with other junior developers.
  6. Come into the Fort Dunlop office once a month.
Skills & Requirements
  • Proficiency in frontend coding: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript libraries like React, Angular, or Vue is a plus.
  • Passion for coding.
  • At least 2 coding projects to showcase, with creativity appreciated.
  • Eagerness to learn regardless of background.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Logical problem-solving approach.
Interview Process

Applications close on 23rd May 2025. Successful candidates will be contacted before 30th May 2025. Interviews will be held on 17th, 19th, 24th & 26th June. Final offers will be made the week commencing 30th June. The start date is Monday, 4th August.
