Nibble is a fast growing short form content agency in Austin, TX. We work with category-leading consumer brands to create assets for posting on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. These pieces of content often get repurposed into ads on Meta.
In under a year we have worked with 35+ clients, accounting for billions in annual revenue across their different e-commerce stores. We produce over 500 assets per month, and have a sales pipeline filled with ready-to-go clients that will allow us to grow rapidly.
We are looking to grow our creative strategy team with young, hungry & talented people. This person will possess a strong understanding of social content principles, with an appetite for learning about direct-response, conversion focused ads.
This role is a potentially life-changing opportunity to work directly with billion dollar brands while learning everything there is to know about going viral.
Responsibilities
- Review content pipeline for approval (100 videos per week)
- Distribute ideas, inspiration and hook concepts
- Instate SOP's and best practices across all submitted content from creators
- Stay up to date on trending formats, audios, memes
- Maintain a strong knowledge of internet culture and virality
- Understanding of organic performance criteria (retention, share rate, thumb stop rate)
- Help develop creative briefs for clients
