JOB SUMMARY Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Cloud Engineer (AWS Connect) for a 6M C2H opportunity located in Addison, TX 75001 (onsite 4-days per week M-TH ). The Cloud Engineer (AWS Connect) will support the development of cutting-edge, modernized, and innovative Cloud-based Contact Center Solutions. The Cloud Engineer (AWS Connect) will enhance customer services capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction. The Cloud Engineer (AWS Connect) will work closely with Senior Engineers / Stakeholders to contribute to the overall strategic goal by ensuring technology solutions are robust, reliable, and aligned with the business objectives. The Cloud Engineer (AWS Connect) will be focused on improving customer interactions and streamlining processes.
- Assist in Developing AWS Connect-based Contact Center Solutions - Ensuring Performance / Reliability
- Support Integrations Between AWS Connect / Lambda / DynamoDB / API Gateway / AWS Services
- Assist in Creating / Optimizing Custom Contact Flows / Real-Time Analytics / AI-driven Automation to Enhance the Overall Customer Experience
- Work Closely with Senior Engineer / Product Managers / Business Stakeholders - Understanding Technical Requirements / Specifications, etc.
- Participate in Code Reviews / Agile Development Processes / Sprint Planning
- Learn / Apply Security Best Practices / Compliance Requirements
- Assist in Integrating AWS Connect with CRM Systems / 3rd Party APIs / Enterprise Applications
- Support Automation of Deployments / Infrastructure Provisioning (Terraform)
- Monitor AWS Connect Performance - CloudWatch / Logging Tools / Real-Time Insights
- Troubleshoot / Resolve AWS Connect Issues - Maintain Operational Integrity / Customer Satisfaction
