Family Law Firm seeking a Junior Attorney to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, motions, and correspondence, with a focus on family law cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support clients' cases and develop innovative legal strategies.
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to represent clients during negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Actively participate in financial discovery and analyze complex financial documents, including business valuations, investment portfolios, and real estate holdings.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California Bar and in good standing.
- At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation or family law.
- Knowledge or interest in family law, including asset division and spousal support.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with strong attention to detail.
