We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Representative to join our Cincinnati-based team. In this role, you will support senior account managers in managing client accounts, developing client relationships, and ensuring the timely execution of campaigns and services. This position is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in client services and account management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily management of client accounts and internal projects
• Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries and provide updates
• Support the development and execution of strategic plans and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Monitor account performance and generate reports on client activity and satisfaction
• Participate in meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role is a plus but not required
