The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for collaborating with our clients, creating a recruitment strategy to fulfill their staffing needs, hiring qualified and compassionate healthcare professionals and motivating them to reach their potential. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to hone their leadership skills and advance their career in healthcare, human resources, and client management.


Candidates knowledgeable and experienced in the healthcare industry and/or multiple states will be shortlisted.


Job Responsibilities

The Junior Account Manager is responsible for the recruitment, credentialing, staffing, performance management and retention of healthcare professionals for our contracted long term care facilities.

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization objectives and clients' staffing needs
  • Evaluate applicants by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Refer qualified applicants to clients for interview and final approval
  • Onboard new hires and manage employment expectations
  • Actively engage and retain employees by reviewing weekly hours rendered by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor employee's performance and provide coaching, in-service or disciplinary actions
  • Act as liaison between healthcare professionals and clients

Qualifications

  • Prior human resources, sales or client relationship management experience preferred
  • 1+ year of work experience in an corporate/office environment preferred
  • Demonstrates professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrates responsiveness in communicating and follow-through
