The Opportunity: We're seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive/SDR to join our sales team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to learn both SDR and AE skills, fast-tracking your sales career development. You'll work directly with our senior AE and leadership team, getting hands-on experience in the full sales cycle.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and qualify inbound demo requests (100-150 monthly)
- Run product demonstrations for potential clients
- Handle follow-up communication with prospects
- Support trial activations and conversions
- Learn to close deals independently
- Develop expertise in the home services industry
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or similar role)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Desire to grow into a full AE role
- Experience with CRM systems
- Interest in SaaS and the home services industry
