Mid-sized Law Firm seeks an experienced Judicial Foreclosure Paralegal to support the Department with the drafting and file of complaints for judicial foreclosure in the six states in which it is licensed. Duties include e-filing, drafting all pleadings related to judicial foreclosure, extensive and timely updating of client systems, professional and timely responses to client phone calls and emails, and other project-based support as needed.
Qualifications/Job Requirements:
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems and programs quickly.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast paced and frequently changing environment
Professional email etiquette, a customer service focus, and attention to detail are imperative
Minimum of 3 years of core judicial foreclosure experience
Reliable and dependable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
Experience with e-filing systems
Paralegal Certificate
This position is fully remote. Pay range is based on experience.
