JSIL Network Integrator with Security Clearance

JSIL Linux Integrator Location: Huntsville, AL Description: HigherEchelon is seeking a motivated and ambitious Linux Integrator to join the Joint Technology Center - Systems Integration Lab (JSIL) Technology Center on the Redstone Arsenal. Responsibilities: Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot RHEL hosts in a physical or virtualized environment Perform integration testing on RHEL hosts during regularly planned sprint releases and system test events Work with system security team to ensure RHEL host is in compliance with DoD system hardening guidelines Configure and troubleshoot system network Collaborate with other system integrators to meet project goals Required Skills: Strong understanding of Linux OS and system administration Good understanding of system networking and configuration Good understanding of system virtualization and/or containerization Must be a US Citizen Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance Desired Skills: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II certificate Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices and implementing system hardening remediations Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and five (5) years or more of related experience About HigherEchelon, Inc.
