Job Title: Jr Systems Admin

Location: Onsite, Full Time M-F (Specific hours to be determined)

Hourly Wage: $17-20 per hour (Based on experience)

We are seeking a Jr Systems Admin to join our dynamic and growing IT Team. In this role, you will manage a variety of tasks and projects aimed at supporting and enhancing our organization's overall systems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, installing, and repairing computers, networks, and iPads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up hardware and install/configure software and drivers.
  • Troubleshoot network and system failures or bugs, providing effective solutions to restore functionality.
  • Maintain and update computer software and hardware.
  • Service office equipment like printers and IT networks.
  • Ensure internet security software runs without interruptions.
  • Analyze IT problems within departments and keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference.
  • Install new IT equipment and software.
  • Test and implement new software programs for the company.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on desktops.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure appropriate stock levels.
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides.
  • Provide IOS/iPad troubleshooting, both remotely and in person.
  • Arrange maintenance sessions to identify and fix inefficiencies.
  • Offer timely deskside support and assist field employees through remote access software.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar role.
  • AA/AS or BSc/BA in Computer Science or a relevant field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are advantageous (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Azure, Office 365, computer systems, and IT components.
  • Experience with AI technologies and JavaScript is highly desirable.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.
  • Team player with exceptional organizing and time-management skills.
  • Experience with Laserfiche (preferred, but not required).
