A top-10 AmLaw firm is seeking a driven Junior Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group(link removed) Based in Boston, this opportunity is ideal for a junior associate who wants hands-on experience working on complex and sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.
Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record(link removed)>
Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts, in good standing.
1-4 years of substantive experience in general commercial real estate transactions(link removed)>
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint venture documents, and financing instruments(link removed)>
Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or SEC experience(link removed)>
Soft Skills: Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills; strong business judgment; attention to detail; and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the representation of clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures(link removed)>
Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and ancillary agreements(link removed)>
Coordinate due diligence review, title and survey analysis, and closing logistics(link removed)>
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to move deals forward efficiently.
Participate in client meetings and provide timely, high-quality work product.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary is expected to range from $225,000 $310,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Discretionary bonus opportunities are also available.
