This candidate will support marketing efforts, manage social media, assist with sales initiatives, maintain the website, and coordinate executive projects. The ideal candidate would have strong organizational skills, experience with digital marketing, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures and presentations
- Maintain and update the company website
- Research and recommend trade shows and promotional opportunities
- Assist with lead generation and sales support
- Write press releases and coordinate with news agencies
- Track project progress and coordinate executive initiatives
- Organize and coordinate the CEOs schedule and email
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and events
- Provide administrative support as needed
