Fulcrum Home Loans is growing-and we're looking for a Loan Officer to join our direct-to-consumer team. This role is a great fit for someone who's sharp, motivated, and comfortable having real conversations on the phone. You'll be stepping into a system that's already producing high-volume inbound demand through Fulcrum's platform, with the support, training, and structure to grow alongside it. • Make inbound & outbound calls to leads to convert them into qualified customers.
• Follow up with prospective borrowers in a structured, systematic way.
• Utilize CRM and lead management systems to track all communication, set tasks, and monitor lead progress.
• Consult with potential loan applicants - answer questions and provide additional information about home loan products to create personal relationships.
• Assemble financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants' financial situation and eligibility.
• Monitor sales pipeline and meet sales expectations. Qualifications:
• Sales experience is mandatory.
• If not already a licensed mortgage loan officer, must be willing to obtain NMLS / MLO / Idaho state license.
• Experience in mortgage lending institutions, credit unions, financial services, real estate, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
• Superb relationship, sales, communication, and MS Office skills are needed.
• Must be coachable and excited to learn.
• Willing to work in office (not remote). Compensation: $48,000 base + commission

Compensation:
$48,000 per year
