Jr IT Analyst

Join our dynamic team as a Jr. IT Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in managing and supporting IT infrastructure at our site. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for IT and a knack for problem-solving. Responsibilities
•  Manage and support the IT infrastructure, including workstations, telecom, VOIP, printers, servers, and networking.
•  Configure, deploy, install, and support site infrastructure, including WINTEL/LINUX systems and various printers.
•  Handle telecom systems such as Ethernet, LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and VOIP phones.
•  Provide software support for standard and local applications, including MS Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
•  Maintain high uptime for hardware and software resources through ITSM and 24/7 pager support.
•  Participate in training meetings related to IT, production, and safety.
•  Work independently with minimal direction, applying basic skills to solve problems. Skills
•  Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
•  Proficiency in configuring and supporting IT infrastructure, including workstations and networking equipment.
•  Experience with telecom systems and software support. Preferred Skills
•  Experience with ITSM, MOC, and maintaining IT dashboards.
•  Familiarity with FDA and GMP compliance in IT environments.
