Job Overview:

Are you ready to launch your career in digital marketing? Do you want real-world experience working on live campaigns for real clients, starting on day one? We're looking for a motivated, curious, and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team.


In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience with Google Ads and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) by supporting and executing strategies that drive measurable results for our clients. You won't just be doing busy work. You'll be contributing directly to client success while learning how professional digital marketing really works.

You don't need years of experience. What matters most is your enthusiasm for digital marketing, your willingness to learn, and your drive to grow. This role is designed to help you develop solid marketing fundamentals, gain confidence working with digital tools and data, and become an integral part of our team. Responsibilities

In this role, you'll build upon the skills needed to eventually take ownership of the following areas. The goal is for you to become confident and capable of managing these responsibilities on your own:


Paid Media (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

  • Learn how to set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta
  • Understand how to manage budgets, targeting, and placements to maximize ROI
  • Learn how to write and test ad copy that drives clicks and conversions
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and apply data-driven adjustments

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct basic keyword and topic research to support content creation
  • Learn how to create SEO content briefs
  • Apply core on-page SEO principles, such as optimizing titles, headers, and links
  • Monitor content rankings and traffic using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush

Content & Social Media Support

  • Collaborate with the video and content team to plan content ideas
  • Help repurpose long-form video and blog content into short-form content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, such as views, likes, and clicks

Who is a good fit for this role:

  • You're great at following directions.
  • You're organized. You'll be juggling tasks across many client accounts-you need to be able to coordinate and stay organized.
  • You're driven. We are on an hourly model with our clients; you'll be tracking and billing all the time you spend on client accounts each day. The expectation is that you complete at least 6.5 hours of client work each day. At the same time, you should be able to leave by 5 if you're working and getting stuff done during the day.
  • You're hungry to grow. You should already be reading marketing blogs, following SEO experts, or experimenting on your own.
