Job Responsibilities: - Follow-up with sales leads via phone and email
- Work with Sales Manager to coordinate and follow-up on incoming leads
- Must be fluent in all means of customer communication including but not limited to: phone, email, text, in person presentation, virtual presentation
- Identification of potential projects for sales team.
- Will need to develop a working knowledge of industry sectors that are being called on.
- Will need to develop working knowledge of particular TopTier technologies.
- The business developer will work with the the sales team to develop, sales call scripts, presentations, sales tools and marketing collateral.
- The business developer will be required to develop a list of target accounts for each specific industry
- Gather project specific information from the customer in preparation for the Sales team
- The business developer will be required to keep a record of activities in the CRM
- Support HQ Marketing team as needed (photograph, video machines).
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures, health and safety regulations
- Support the company in other duties as assigned
Skill, Qualifications, Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic mechanical aptitude, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job and in the Palletizing machinery and application
Physical Requirements: - Move within office and manufacturing environment without assistance or restriction.
- Visual acuity to assure quality and accuracy.
- Write by hand.
- Communicate by speech and hearing continuously.
- Communicate in person without difficulty.
