We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist with a passion for the IT industry. The individual will be responsible for generating new leads and qualifying them for sales opportunities. This role will involve cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
What You'll Do
- Lead Generation - Generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach
- Lead Qualification - Qualify leads by understanding their needs and pain points
- Customer Relationship Management - Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Sales Pipeline Management - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities
- Record Keeping and Reporting - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and meetings, using CRM software
What You'll Bring To The Table
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in inside sales/cold calling
- Strong proficiency in cold calling techniques, with the ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value of products and services
- Knowledge of the IT services industry and its current trends is a plus
