Joint Military Exercise Facilitator and Planner Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Outside Continental US The Opportunity: In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team's efforts to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats. Responsibilities: Bring Senior level insight to JNWC training and exercise support
Develop training products, documents, requirements, strategies, training materials, and provide instruction in support of SIGINT/EW and provide operational support
Develop and update Tactical through Strategic Intelligence Systems/Capabilities training products/classes/documents and present training to units regarding current and future capabilities.
Provides support to operational tests, training product support using the Training Development Capability (TDC) database, and daily operational IT support.
Provides training that includes GPS 101 and NAVWAR 101 to internal and external customers
Supports customer training requirements by integrating NAVWAR into strategic, operational, and tactical exercises
Oversees and coordinates all exercise support.
Prepares, routes, and reviews all documents as required for JNWC exercises. Creates, maintains, and reviews exercise planning annexes and checklists. Ensures JNWC exercises are conducted in accordance with local, state, federal, or local national law.
Writes technical and non-technical reports on preliminary findings from exercises.
Creates and maintains scenario plans for future exercises.
Coordinate with CCMD, local and HHQ planners to capture concerns for NAVWAR action officers.
Supports PNT Vulnerability Assessments (PVAs) to identify capability gaps, operational risks, and capture knowledge to enhance PNT superiority Qualifications: Required: 10 Yrs Relevant Experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
BA/BS in related field
Current TS/SCI clearance Desired: Preferred experience in a deployed PNT environment

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
