Job : Systems Engineer (In-Space or Earth-to-Orbit) with Security Clearance

$60-$70 hr/pay rate - Contract to Direct or just straight contract Job Requirements:
• US Citizen
• BS/MS degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar discipline
• +5 years experience of experience designing concepts for In-Space or Earth-to-Orbit (EXAMINE) programs
• Must be proficient with Excel and VBA programming
• Must be proficient with Python, Matlab or similar
• Must be able to adapt to existing in-house tools, integrate off-the-shelf components, and develop new functionality from scratch where appropriate
• Candidates should be able to look at existing components or systems, understand how they work, and know what changes need to be made to satisfy requirements Job Description/Duties:
• Parametric modeling of designs/concepts using Exploration Architecture Model for In-Space and Earth-to-Orbit (EXAMINE) tool
• Ownership and monitoring of technical performance measures (TPM) Lander availability modeling using discrete event simulation Maintenance of vehicle properties report
• Work in a highly collaborative environment to see solutions through to resolution as a member of a high functioning team Must be able to work in the US and already be a citizen, must be able to relocate if not in the area, must have own benefits if working as contractor.
