Job Title: ETL Informatica Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite Job)
Duration: 1+ Year Contract

MUST HAVE SKILLS: ETL Informatica / Ab Initio, Unix Shell scripting, SQL Server Databases
Job Description:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Database Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Database Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Database Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education
• Core skills required for this role is: INFORMATICA ETL Development using SQL Server Databases and Unix platforms.

Skills:

• 8+ years of solid experience working with ETL Informatica / Ab Initio development.
• 5+ years strong experience in ETL development of data pipelines/ETL for data ingestion, data preparation, data integration, data aggregation, feature engineering, etc.
• 4+ years of experience working with SQL Server database(s).
• 5+ years' experience migrating legacy data platforms to cloud and modern architecture.
• 4+ years of Unix Shell scripting.
• 2+ years' experience of semi-structured data and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 3+ yrs. of Agile exp.
  • Ability to present to multiple levels of management.
• Experience analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, with the ability to articulate findings when presenting to key business stakeholders
