JIRA Systems Developer to meet our client's operational needs on a mission-focused program in a dynamic environment. This position is located in McLean, VA.
Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and support the JIRA platform and related solutions.
- Provide daily operational support and assist in strategic planning for JIRA.
- Contribute to JIRA-related projects and implement new capabilities as needed.
- Administer JIRA and Confluence, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Integrate various internal and external services with JIRA.
- Design and maintain custom projects, workflows, automations, and user configurations in JIRA/Confluence.
- Enhance and automate project processes and workflows.
- Train staff on effective JIRA/Confluence usage and navigation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users.
- Coordinate with Customer JIRA/Confluence Admin for system configuration improvements.
- Support the program with application-level configurations as required.
- Manage access lists and ensure proper restrictions are established.
Basic Qualifications: - Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with less than 2 years of experience, or an Associate degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of development experience in SharePoint 2016/2019.
- 3+ years of administration experience with Atlassian/JIRA, including configuration and custom applications.
- Expertise in implementing Atlassian Plugins.
- Familiarity with the Service Now platform.
- Experience developing team solutions utilizing Atlassian tools and Confluence.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in creating and managing custom JQL filters, dashboards, and Confluence pages.

Pay Range: Pay Range $67,600.00 - $122,200.00
