Amentum is seeking a Jira Administrator to join our team supporting our federal customer in Columbia, MD. We provide a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art solutions and hands-on assistance in designing, implementing, managing, and sustaining operations across various network environments for our customer. This position will support our current primary Jira Administrator. Responsibilities: Work directly with customers to help identify and document processes as requirements, propose options and improvements, and implement custom products to support a fast -paced customer Utilize automation and several other plugins to streamline solutions for our customer and develop workflows to support processes Manage custom dashboards in Confluence and Jira Collaborate across cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver solutions unique to our customer Responsible for the maintenance, administration, upgrades, patching, and integration of additional plugin Active TS/SCI Clearance 4 years of relevant work experience 2 years of experience in Jira / Atlassian administration or development in an enterprise environment Experience administering and working within a virtualized environment Ability to articulate technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with various levels of stakeholders Experience working within classified enterprise networks Experience working within ticketing systems (i.e. Jira, ServiceNow, etc) Experience creating technical documentation Required Certifications: Security , CASP or CISSP Required Vendor Certifications: Microsoft, Linux, ACP-MJCP, ACP-MJSP, ACP-JCA, ACP-JA, ACP-JPA, or any other related vendor certification; if not current, willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire Preferred: Experience with scripting languages Prior military experience Amentum's health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you and in the things you care about. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
