Position Description

Serco is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence System Administrator to join our team at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) in Washington. This position supports the Mission Training Complex (MTC) and is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval. The selected candidate will play a critical role in the administration and integration of intelligence simulation systems and provide technical support for Army mission command training exercises.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and maintain all Intelligence Simulation Systems at the JBLM MTC.
  • Operate and maintain Intelligence Fusion Servers.
  • Operate WARSIM Intelligence Module Lower and Upper Enclaves including the Tactical Communications Support Processor and Radiant Mercury.
  • Serve as the System Administrator for various intelligence and simulation systems.
  • Operate the Virtual UAS and Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE).
  • Integrate intelligence warfighting function simulations with the Intelligence Fusion Server, coordinating with DCGS-A subsystems and other Army mission command systems.
  • Provide expertise in simulation-stimulated training scenarios and preparatory event development.
  • Work independently to develop technical solutions and make key decisions.
  • Engage with inter-organizational and external customer contacts to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field; OR
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity or IA with 2 years of related experience; OR
  • Master's degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity or IA.
  • Active U.S. DoD TS/SCI security clearance with Special Background Investigation.
  • IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE).
  • Experience as an IFS Field Software Engineer.
  • Ability to work on-site at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
  • Ability to travel to CONUS locations up to 25% of the time.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven capability to operate independently and make impactful decisions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of intelligence systems integration.
  • Experience in scenario development and simulation training.
  • Ability to represent the organization effectively to external partners.
Additional desired experience and skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a System Administrator.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Military Intelligence or Targeting operations at brigade, division, or corps level.
  • Experience with intelligence simulation systems such as WIM, MUSE, IEWTPT, and Virtual UAS.
  • At least 2 years of networking experience.
