Job Description:

• As the Senior Tech Lead, you'll head a pod of engineers responsible for end-to-end application development.
• This role requires deep expertise in both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java Spring Boot) technologies, along with proficiency in debugging and optimizing code.
• The Senior Full Stack Engineer will contribute to both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on Angular, Java Spring Boot, and AKS integration.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and experience with optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical initiatives, setting standards and ensuring quality across the development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews, assist in problem-solving, and ensure code meets acceptance criteria.
• Mentor team members, providing guidance on both technical skills and project alignment.
• Coordinate closely with the Engineering Manager on architectural decisions and design reviews.
• Facilitate sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives to align with project goals.

Technical Skillset:

• Strong experience with Angular (version 12+), Java Spring Boot, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like CircleCI, Docker, GitHub, and JFrog for streamlined deployment.
• Debugging and performance optimization techniques.
• DevOps experience/CI/CD pipeline.
• Familiarity with basic security concepts, such as SSL/TLS, OAuth, encryption
• Familiarity with basic cloud concepts, such as AWS, GCP, and/or MS Azure
