Java Lead to join their team
Hybrid in
Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Description: - Lead a team of Onshore and offshore Developers, Testers and BA.
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Write clean, efficient code using Java & Spring boot, Microservice.
- Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
- Work along with larger scrum team to delivery assigned stories.
- Develop and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards.
- Design reusable frameworks Environment management and layout design.
- Mentor Jr/ team members and supporting the interviews/ evaluations.
Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Advanced Java, Maven/ Gradle, Springboot, Microservice, API, Scrum, JIRA, GitHub/ Bitbucket, Eclipse/ IntelliJ IDE, Cloud exposure (AWS or Azure), PAAS knowledge (OpenShift or PCF).
- Experience in Angular, ReactJS, Material UI and Redux is a plus.
- Good understanding of SDLC Process.
- Leading a team in dual shore model.
- Experience with working in repository like Git or Bitbucket.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working as part of scrum team.
- Good understanding of DevOps pipeline.
- Knowledge in Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills: - Working knowledge in any of the Cloud.
- Working knowledge of PAAS tool like OpenShift or PCF.
- Working knowledge of Python development and their libraries.
